Dr. Emre Tambay was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1979. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Çukurova University in 2003, which he had joined in 1997. In 2004, he completed his specialty training at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dermatology, with his thesis on “Role of direct immunofluorescence test in the diagnosis of Henoch-Schönlein purpura” and became a specialist in dermatology in 2009. During this time, Dr. Emre Tambay worked in the departments of psoriasis and phototherapy, dermatological allergy, dermato-cosmetology, bullous diseases, Behçet’s disease and dermoscopy. After completing his compulsory service at Van Erciş State Hospital, he worked in various clinics on the Anatolian side of Istanbul between 2011-2016 in the fields of clinical dermatology, aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology. Botulinum toxin and filler applications, laser skin rejuvenation, spot treatment, laser treatment of acne and acne scars, face lifting with non-surgical thread applications, regional slimming treatments are among his areas of interest. Dr. Emre Tambay is currently accepting patients at his own office on Bağdat Street, Kadıköy.
